Gregory Estates has also implemented  Standardized Operating Procedures when representing our clients or prospective clients which consists of the following three procedures:

(i) Prospective clients are not required to show identification prior too engaging with the Broker or sales agents of the brokerage to start the home buying or selling process. However, identification may be required when applying for a mortgage or when writing a contract on the clients behalf.

(ii) An exclusive brokerage agreement is not required to engage in transaction with Gregory Estates or its respective agents.

(iii) Pre-approval for a mortgage is strongly encouraged and advised but not required to start the home buying or selling process at Gregory Estates. However, salespersons reserve the right to require pre-approval for a mortgage prior to showing houses or writing an offer.
